Chapter 11

Younik and Brandon saw each other as often as possible. It was hectic with the playoff schedule. Younik made a point to be there for every playoff home game. Brandon loved having her there. Brandon seemed to be more focused on the games with her there. The Wolverines were advancing quickly through the playoffs. Brandon and Younik couldn't believe the champships were almost here. Younik enjoyed the moments that she got to spend with Brandon. He took her to different restaurants. The vineyard date was amazing. Jeffrey and Tori were hitting it off great. Things at the chocolate shop and online sales were going through the roof. One day, while Younik was in the shop, a young lady walked in. She looked out of place in Younik's shop, designer everything being worn. The lady snubbed her nose at the chocolate display.

“Can I please speak to the owner?” Jessica asked.

“May I ask who would like to speak with her?” Tori asked politely, although she was getting a bad feeling about the lady.

“My name is Jessica Jones, daughter of James Jones, CEO of Jones Pharmecuticals.” Jessica answered prissily.

“Give me just a moment.” Tori answered.

Tori walked to the back, trying to shake the awful feeling that she had about Jessica.

“A Jessica Jones is requesting to speak to you.”, Tori said to Younik, who was in the back making chocolates for a customer.

“I'll be right there. Tell her to have a seat and I will be with her in a few minutes.” Younik answered.

Tori went back to the front and informed Jessica that Younik would be with her in a moment. Jessica looked at the seats in disgust. She pulled out a sanitary wipe, and wiped the seat before sitting down. Younik came out the back and stood at the counter to speak to Jessica.

“I'm here to warn you away from Brandon. He's the love of my life and he will be my husband. We are engaged and he's cheating on me with you. I'm going to let this slide and give you the chance to break up with my fiance.” Jessica stated with a straight face, while smiling to herself inside. She had come up with a great plan.

“I'm positive Brandon isn't engaged. I haven't seen any anouncement or anything with the two of you in the tabloids.” Younik retorted.

“Brandon just wants to keep it quiet since he's in the public eye so much. I'm sure you were a great distraction for him during the playoffs. At the end of the day, he still loves me.” Jessica huffed, flipping her hair in defiance.

“Again, no mention of you has been made. I will talk to Brandon, but I don't belive that he's engaged, especially to a rude impetulant person like you.” Younik snapped back, irratated with Jessica and ready to end the conversation.

“Well, don't say I didn't warn you. You're just a fling to Brandon. He could never be serious about you when he has me. Please do us both a favor and just dissapear.
